Batter Up Corynn
Corynn entered into the baseball world this year with her first season in Tball. Her feisty competitive nature, which surely she has acquired trying to conquer her big brother at everything, will be a good advantage for her in this sport. Whether grounding balls with her pink glove or hitting home runs with Hello Kitty, she seems to tackle each with ease. The best part about the team, besides the beautiful purple jersey though, is that she has some wonderful teammates and friends to share this experience with.

Fires, Friends & Beer
The start of warmer temperatures brings everyone out to enjoy fresh air after being cooped up all winter. This past weekend we really soaked in as much nature as we possibly could. We started off having dinner and drinks at a friends house. The kids partied just as hard as the adults, minus the alcoholic beverages. Our good friend Tim McGraw even made an appearance for the event.

Next up, we headed to the farm with friends for our first family camping adventure. Even though we still had all the amenities of a home; working plumbing, BBQ grills and beds, we all still had our mindset on roughing it. We enjoyed the beautiful day, ate a tasty dinner, made the pivotal campfire smores and then all nestled in our sleeping bags for a good nights sleep. The sounds of nature coupled with the chilly temps forced the Moms inside with the little ones after a couple hours (which I actually didn't mind too much), but the bigger kids along with the Dads toughed it out until the wee hours of the morning. We filled our bellies up with a warm breakfast that morning, packed up and headed home. All the while planning our next camping trip.
Young Love
This Spring, the boys of our family got bitten by those pesky love bugs. Connor has been quite about his love interests. He this learned the age old game of loves me loves me not, and without him knowing, I was able to snatch a couple pictures while he wished for his special love.
Bennett on the other hand, is a little more avert with his choices. He may be a man of little words, but he is trying to work his magic on multiple ladies. At the end of the day, far off into the future, I have no doubt that their flower petals fall on loves me.

Can't wait to see what adventures Summer will bring.
