...but themselves as well!
Needless to say, a wet wipe wasn't going to tackle this mess, so an early morning bath was a must.
It was then our turn to create a pirate and Tinkerbell themed pumpkin. While dad, with his own dad by his side, traced and cut the pumpkins, the kids scooped and cut up all the insides.
Tinkerbell was the first of the masterpieces to be finished. Corynn was so proud of her little fairy.
An hour or so later, the final touches were put on the pirate pumpkin. My little pirate didn't want any part of holding the slimy skull and cross bones.
After we cleaned up, the kids got candles for their pumpkins and watched as their creations came to life.
Another successful season designing our pumpkins. Maybe one of these years the kids will actually carve their own.
